The School of Cherut was born from a bold vision — to revolutionize education for African and Indigenous youth around the world. Founded by a global coalition of melanated educators, thought leaders, and cultural keepers, the school was created to fill a long-standing gap in mainstream education: the absence of curricula that honor our roots, reflect our identities, and empowers our future. “Cherut,” meaning freedom, is not only our nation’s name — it is what we were born to be. The School of Cherut is a thriving digital educational hub for liberation-centered learning, blending ancestral wisdom with modern innovation to prepare students for greatness in all walks of life.
